A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed, and design work does not begin, until a deposit is received. Designs are created according to appointment date and in the order booked, typically beginning approximately one week prior to your session. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with proper notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment will require a new deposit to secure a future date. Appointments rescheduled more than three consecutive times will no longer be accepted, and booking access will be restricted. A deposit confirms your appointment once TheINQCollective accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price. TheINQCollective sets the refund and cancellation terms.
