Booking Policy▾
Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a deposit required within 2 days of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit will result in automatics cancellation of your appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable, unless the reason for the cancellation is on my end. If so, your deposit will be refunded back to you within 10 business days. Same day cancellations are non refundable.
Late Arrival: arriving more than 15 mins late, will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. I do understand unforeseen circumstances may arise at any moment, so if that is to happen, please speak up. Communication is key.
Health and Safety: Both the health and safety of you as the client and myself as the artist, is my top priority. I try my best to keep things sanitized, maintains a clean and sterile environment. With that being said, please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or sicknesses before your appointment, that way everyone can stay safe.
