Booking
When booking, please be sure to fill out all required areas, and to be as descriptive as possible in your explanation of what you’re requesting. If I have any questions, I’ll be sure to contact you through this app, so be sure to check your messages frequently. if you don’t have the app installed, be sure to check your email instead.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable, unless the reason for the cancellation is on my end. If so, your deposit will be refunded back to you within 10 business days. Same day cancellations are non refundable. Arriving more than 15 mins late, will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. I do understand unforeseen circumstances may arise at any moment, so if that is to happen, please speak up. Communication is key.
Deposit
To secure your appointment, a deposit required within 2 days of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit will result in automatics cancellation of your appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted.

Health and Safety: Both the health and safety of you as the client and myself as the artist, is my top priority. I try my best to keep things sanitized, maintains a clean and sterile environment. With that being said, please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or sicknesses before your appointment, that way everyone can stay safe.

Does Ayem.ink require a deposit?
Yes. A $100 deposit confirms your appointment after Ayem.ink accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price.
Does Ayem.ink do color tattoos?
Yes. Alongside black & grey, Ayem.ink also takes color pieces. Mention color in your booking request and include references so the palette can be planned.

Is the deposit refundable?
