Booking process: to secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within the timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. submission of your appointment is not guaranteed that it will be accepted. Cancellation policy: deposits are non-refundable Late arrival: we understand that unforeseen circumstances may rise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. please take every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Health and safety: your health safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Please inform your artist of any allergies diseases, pregnancy or other medical conditions that could affect the tattooing process. Guests: our services are provided to those who are 18+ ONLY!! one guest is allowed so your guest will also have to be 18+ Before appointment: be sure to provide all necessary, reference materials and information about your design to the artist when you book EXTRAS: -please do not consume alcohol or drugs before your appointment. The studio reserves the right to refuse service if you are under the influence. -follow the artist advice for cleaning and aftercare to ensure proper healing and prevent infection. -reschedule if you are unwell (flu like symptoms or any other transmissible illness)
