Booking process: to secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within the timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. submission of your appointment is not guaranteed that it will be accepted. Cancellation policy: deposits are non-refundable Late arrival: we understand that unforeseen circumstances may rise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. please take every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule.
