You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of your appointment. Legally required government-issued photo identification—such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport—must be presented at check-in. Digital photos, expired IDs, or school cards will not be accepted under any circumstances. Failure to provide valid physical ID will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice to reschedule your session without penalty. Providing timely notice allows your deposit to roll over to a new date (valid up to 90 days, maximum 1 reschedule). Cancellations or schedule changes made within the 48-hour window, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes, or unexcused no-shows will cause immediate forfeiture of your deposit.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time on the calendar. Dates will not be held without a cleared deposit. Deposits are deducted directly from the final balance of your tattoo on the day of service (or applied to the final session for multi-part projects). By submitting a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all studio terms.

For client safety and quality of work, you must arrive well-rested, fully hydrated, and having eaten a substantial meal within two hours of your appointment. Zero-tolerance policy for intoxication; arriving under the influence of drugs, alcohol,or blood-thinning substances will result in immediate termination of the appointment and deposit loss. We cannot perform services on anyone who is pregnant, nursing, or suffering from active skin conditions in the target area.
