Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 20 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment.

Reschedule or cancel as early as you can. Cancellation and refund terms are set by STYLZINK; see the deposit policy.

A deposit confirms your appointment once STYLZINK accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price. STYLZINK sets the refund and cancellation terms.
