A $50 booking fee is required to hold your appointment date(s). A separate deposit is required for each appointment. This payment will be deducted from the total amount of the tattoo. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours after booking; failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation. Appointment bookings are not guaranteed unless confirmed by deposit acceptance.  Deposits are non-refundable.❗️Cancellations: Cancellations within 3 days of your appointment will require you to put down an additional deposit.  ❗️Late Arrival: Arriving more than 30 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment.

A deposit confirms your appointment once xRay_The_Artist accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price. xRay_The_Artist sets the refund and cancellation terms.
