Booking
Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule.
