Booking Process: To book an appointment YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. However rescheduling is allowed 1 time no later than 48 hours prior to appointment and the prior deposit will automatically go to the rescheduled appointment. In any case you need to reschedule day of or after the 48 hours you will have to pay another deposit. 2 or more consecutive reschedules will result in a automatic ban. Cancelations are also required to be made 48 hours prior to appointment. Otherwise you will be required to pay 15% of the total price. Failure to pay will result in a temporary ban until dues are paid. No call no shows will automatically be banned. Arrival: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however this will be a 15 min grace period which will charge a $10 late fee but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Guest policy: No guest are allowed unless contacted first.

A deposit confirms your appointment once kalana accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price. kalana sets the refund and cancellation terms.
