Customers ages 16-17 years old are accepted WITH parent consent.(Parents must arrive to appointment to present an Valid photo ID) •To book, first view portfolio to eliminate any confusion if you’re unsure what service your tattoo falls under, next book your appointment through booking site (on available days) and submit your deposit, AFTER your deposit is submitted, you may DM me a picture of your design on instagram @ inkedbykaay, this will help me be better prepared for your arrival. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE therefore if you CANNOT make it to your appointment please communicate with me through IG & you have 3 days to reschedule your appointment before your deposit is fully forfeited. Failure to arrive ON TIME with a 15 min grace period (meaning you can arrive up to 15 mins late) without any communication or rescheduling will result in forfeited deposit as well. There will be NO EXTRA GUEST allowed during your tattoo unless they are getting a service preformed on them as well.

A deposit confirms your appointment once inkedbykaay accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price. inkedbykaay sets the refund and cancellation terms.
