BOOKING POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits must be submitted within 48 hours of your appointment request being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in the appointment request being automatically canceled. Please note that submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each appointment includes one complimentary reschedule. If you fail to show up for your appointment after using your one reschedule, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Any additional reschedule requests will void your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any same-day cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. To reschedule after a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period may be allowed; however, after 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
