A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be forfeited if: You fail to show up to your appointment (no-show) You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice You reschedule more than once without proper notice To retain your deposit, any reschedule or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. SCHEDULING & LATENESS Please select a date and time that you can fully commit to. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Arriving 30 minutes late will result in a required rebooking, or—if a same-day opening is available—a $50 late fee will apply. If you are running late, you must contact the studio as soon as possible to avoid cancellation GUEST POLICY One (1) guest is permitted per appointment. No more than two people total (client + guest) are allowed in the tattoo area. Unless guest are getting service then there can be multiple but 1 must remain for supportive reasons CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require full payment upfront for future appointments. NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows automatically lose their deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Please respect our time as we respect yours. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY Aftercare instructions will be provided at the time of your appointment. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines is the sole responsibility of the client. Once you leave the studio, healing results are no longer the artist’s responsibility if proper aftercare is not followed. FINAL NOTES Please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten beforehand. Gently pat the area dry with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh soaps, scrubbing, or rubbing. Moisturizing: Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free lotion or tattoo aftercare ointment as directed by your artist. Some artists may recommend switching from ointment to lotion after a few days. Sun protection: Keep your tattoo out of direct sunlight for several weeks while it heals. Once healed, always apply sunscreen with a high SPF when exposing your tattoo to the sun. What to avoid: Picking, scratching, or peeling scabs Soaking in hot tubs, swimming pools, or excessively sweating for the first few weeks Tight clothing that may irritate the tattoo Wearing abrasive clothing or jewelry that rubs against the tattoo
