Booking Process To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment request is not a guarantee of acceptance. Cancellation Policy All deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrival We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Health and Safety Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment. Additionally, we kindly remind you to: • Refrain from consuming alcohol or smoking before your appointment, as it can affect the tattooing process. • Eat a meal beforehand to ensure you’re well-nourished and have enough energy for your tattoo session. • Limit guests accompanying you to your appointment, as our studio space may be limited. Age Requirement You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued ID will be required at the time of your appointment.
