Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within the timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrival: I understand that unforeseen circumstance may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for you appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
