The fine print, in plain words
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit veries between session but is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo. The deposit is transferable if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and encourage timely communication to avoid any fees.

If you fail to appear for your appointment without any prior communication, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Your local health department may have specific licensing, sterilization, bloodborne-pathogen, sharps-disposal, and facility requirements. Follow those requirements in addition to these general practices. For a professional tattoo studio, you should also have a written exposure-control plan and appropriate bloodborne-pathogen training.
