Booking Process: To secure your appointment a nonrefundable deposit it required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. failure to submit the deposit within the timeframe will result an automatic cancellation of the appointment. submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted Cancellation Policy: deposits are nonrefundable Late Arrival: we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result and cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule Health and Safety: your health and safety are top priorities. we have a strict sanitation protocol to maintain a clean sterile environment.
