Booking
Booking: To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit your deposit will result in an automatic cancellation. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted! Late&Cancelation: I understand circumstances may occur, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment will result in a cancellation. Please communicate and make every effort to arrive on time to avoid rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable. Health: Please inform me of any medical conditions before your appointment and consult with your doctor if you are unsure about getting a tattoo. If you are pregnant please refrain from getting a tattoo. Additionally, I kindly remind you to: - Refrain from consuming alcohol before your appointment, as it can affect the tattooing process. - Eat & stay hydrated beforehand to ensure you’re well nourished and have enough energy for the day. - Below the age of 18 MUST have a parent’s consent and sign a waiver form. Travel Appointment Confirm your address prior to your appointment. Keep in mind a travel fee of $2/mile is applied after 15 miles from my location (moreno valley). Please ensure to accommodate a cleaned and safe area for me to work such as: - Power Source - Comfortable Seating - No Excessive Noise - Well lit Environment
