Hello! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your body art collection! As you are leaving this deposit in the process of booking your appointment, there are some things I would like to point out to you and yours! 1. Deposits are required to book an appointment! Deposits must be made within 48 hours of receiving this email. Failure to satisfy this deposit does not secure any discussed appointment date or time. 2. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is understandable and undebatable. 3. If you CANNOT make your appointment, YOU MUST LET ME KNOW AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I will work with you to find the next convenient day that will work for both of us. 4. If you DO NOT SHOW UP for your appointment, you will have to leave ANOTHER DEPOSIT and RESCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. YOUR DEPOSIT WITH NOT BE RETURNED 5. If you are more than 30 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT (without a phone call that you will be late), YOUR DEPOSIT IS VOID AND YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE ANOTHER DEPOSIT. 6. ANY DRAWINGS FOR ANY TATTOO with a deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE 7. The deposit made with steel will not transfer to another artist. 8. ANY DEPOSIT that had been made with the CLIENT from ARTIST is solely responsible for their appointment. this can not be transferred to anyone else but the client that has booked the appointment with the artist 9. DEPOSITS MUST BE PAYED 48 HOURS AFTER REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT. (We will only hold the appointment for 2 Business Days. After that, it may be up for grabs by another customer.)
