Booking
Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. failure to submit a deposit within the timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of an appointment request is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. . Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule an appointment please give notice 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. We understand unforseen circumstances may arise, however arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. With reason an appointment may be rescheduled same day and maintain a valid deposit. No call no shows result in automatic cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
