Process For securing any and every tattoo appointment, there is a consultation form to fill out with time, date, reference, and area of tattoo that you desire. Submission of tattoo requests will not be guaranteed on the acceptance of appointment. After filling out consultation form and the artist has accepted your request, you are then directed to pay deposit fee for the security of the appointment. CHECK YOUR EMAILS FOR FURTHER INSTRUSTIONS. Mandatory $30 deposit will be sent to artist with date and confirmation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE TOLERATED WITH DEPOSITS. Please note as well, you have 48 hours within request date of tattoo to send a deposit. Failure to not meet the requirements, your appointment will not be appointed for and will have to reschedule in a later time. No expectations. Cancellations/Late fees ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. I will give grace within 10-20 mins within time of tattoo. After 30 minutes of not responding before or after planned time, you will be mandated to reschedule for another time with no deposit refund. The artist will notify on any other changes along with the artist as far as rescheduling. Reschedule Please ensure that my time is just as valueable. Any issues with appointments needs to be addressed 1 day in advance with the artist. With that, new time and day will have to be rescheduled within the next 2 days, otherwise, the deposit is will be voided and the whole appointment request will be rejected and will have to set an new deposit and appointment. Health protocols You will fill out a waiver form with all medical conditions and protocols to ensure the shops health and avoid any conflicts. If coming along a cold on short notice, please notify the artist to let her know about any rescheduling. Please do not come to appointment on an empty stomach and not hydrated. I will not start the tattoo process unless you get food in your system.
