Booking
BOOKING POLICY A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the final tattoo price. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please provide accurate contact information and arrive on time and prepared. Designs should be discussed before your appointment. Significant design changes may require rescheduling or additional fees. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all policies.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Please respect your appointment and my time. • 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 48 hours’ notice = deposit forfeited. • No-shows = deposit forfeited and a new deposit required to book again. • One reschedule is allowed with proper notice. • Repeated cancellations may result in future appointments being declined. By booking, you agree to this policy.

DEPOSIT POLICY A deposit is required to book your appointment and is applied to the final tattoo price. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 48+ hours’ notice is required to reschedule. One reschedule is allowed. Late cancellations, no-shows, repeated rescheduling, or significant lateness may result in loss of your deposit and require a new deposit. Deposits are non-transferable. Significant design changes may require additional time or a new appointment. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Does RonGar require a deposit?
Yes. A $50 deposit confirms your appointment after RonGar accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price.
