Late Arrival: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment will result in a $40 fee. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, that may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to my schedule.
