Booking process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within the timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancelation policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule it must be done within 48 hours of your appointment. Late arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Please limit the amount of people that you bring to your appointment as there is not a lot of extra seating. Absolutely no one under 18 is allowed in the building. No exceptions.
