Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment request does not guarantee acceptance. Design Deposit Policy: All deposits also cover the time spent designing and preparing your tattoo. Custom artwork, drawing time, revisions, and appointment preparation are included in the deposit fee. Because of this, deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made with adequate notice. Failure to provide notice or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule.
