Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Appointment cancellations require 48 hours’ notice, and each appointment can only be rescheduled once. No-shows after 15 minutes or rescheduling a second time will forfeit your deposit and a second deposit will be required to rebook. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment. Additionally, we kindly remind you to: Eat or have a snack before your appointment, and make sure you’re hydrated.
