Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment. Additionally, we kindly remind you to: - Refrain from consuming alcohol or smoking before your appointment, as it can affect the tattooing process A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward the final price of the tattoo. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Deposits are non-transferable. • Pricing is based on size, placement, detail, and estimated time. • If the client requests design changes, size increases, or placement changes during the appointment that increase time or complexity, the total price may increase accordingly. • Any price change will be communicated before continuing the tattoo. • Once agreed upon verbally, the updated price is binding. • Full payment is due before the client leaves the studio. • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital payment (Cash App, etc.). • No tattoos will be completed, photographed, or released without full payment. • Payment plans are not accepted unless agreed upon in writing before the appointment. • Failure to pay the full balance at the end of the session may result in: • refusal of future services • forfeiture of deposits • legal action to recover the balance owed • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Rescheduling requires a new deposit. • No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay upfront for future bookings. • By receiving a tattoo, the client grants permission for photographs or videos of the tattooed area to be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. • If the client does not consent, this must be stated in writing prior to the appointment. • Identifying features (faces, names, dates) will not be shown unless approved. • Aftercare instructions will be provided. • The artist is not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions. • Touch-ups are subject to availability and healing. • I reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time for disrespectful behavior, failure to follow policies, or non-payment. • By booking and receiving a tattoo, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
