📜 Booking Policy (Matt Mason Tattoos) • Deposit: A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment. • Deposits are not transferable between people. • Rescheduling: You must give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. • If proper notice is given, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. • If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • No-Shows / Cancellations: • If you don’t show up or cancel without notice, you lose your deposit. • Rebooking will require a new deposit. • Tardiness: If you’re more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, it may count as a no-show. • Final Payment: Remaining balance is due day of your appointment (cash preferred, other payment options available). • Designs: Custom designs are shown the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Major changes may require an additional deposit.

A deposit confirms your appointment once Matt_Mason_Tattoos accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price. Matt_Mason_Tattoos sets the refund and cancellation terms.
