◷Booking policy
I want to ensure your tattoo experience with me is smooth and enjoyable, so here's a rundown of the booking policy for Millzy Ink:
• I am only accepting my style of tattooing. My style consists of Watercolor Anime, Cartoon, Floral, Animals, Ornamental Gems, and Glitter Tats.
* Complete the consultation form on my website before booking a tattoo session. The consultation form will allow you to explain design, size, layout, and placement. After the form is completed, I will reach out via your selected communication form to discuss your tattoo further and to answer any other questions you may have.
• Booking a session without completing the consultation form will result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
• Booking a session to hold without a design idea is not acceptable as it takes availability from clients with clear ideas.
• SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE WAITLIST ONLY. If you’d like a Saturday session, you will need to pay your deposit and I will contact you when the next Saturday is available.
• Non-refundable deposit minimum is $150.
• Be on time for your appointment; lateness without communication may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
• Give 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations result in forfeited deposit and $50 penalty fee.
• Must be 18 or have parental consent; cannot be pregnant.
• Seek medical advice for any concerns before getting tattooed.
Before Your Session:
• Shave the area being tattooed; a fee applies for shaving extremely hairy areas.
• Avoid heavy drinking, sun tanning, and tanning beds 48 hours prior.
• Get adequate sleep and eat a hearty meal before the session.
• Inform if on a tight schedule; bring headphones for entertainment.
• Wear appropriate clothing for easy access to the tattooed area.
After Your Session:
• I will provide each client with an aftercare kit.
• Follow aftercare instructions including using antibacterial soap, applying ointment, and avoiding direct sunlight.
• Do not scratch or pick the tattoo; avoid saunas and swimming pools.
• Change to clean bedsheets after getting the tattoo.
• Wear loose-fitting clothes over the tattooed area to avoid irritation.
• One complimentary touch-up appointment offered after initial healing, excluding certain scenarios listed below:
• The tattoo was in a “high wear” area of your body including but not limited to; fingers, hands, feet, toes, palms, knees, ears and elbows.
• Damage to the tattoo due to poor aftercare procedures and the use of non-recommended creams and ointments.
• You want to add / change anything from the original design. I do understand and appreciate that sometimes you may change your mind and want to alter some elements of your tattoo but this would fall into the category of a new tattoo and you will be charged.
• The tattoo is older than 6 months.
• For larger scale projects such as sleeve work and back pieces etc. – I may include your touch up session in your next sitting or wait until the full project is completed and then book a final pass appointment free of charge to assess the tattoo as a whole to ensure consistency.
Please Note:
• Your body's reaction to ink is beyond my control. It is possible to have allergic reactions to the ink and I am not responsible for this.
• Fine detailed work like small lettering may not last long; reactions like bruising, swelling, or redness are normal.
• Communication is vital; ask questions before, during, or after the tattoo.
