Thank you for choosing to book with me! Please review the following policies carefully before scheduling your appointment. Appointments & Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. • Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo. • No appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits Are Non-Refundable • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • In the event of a reschedule (with proper notice), the deposit may be transferred. Rescheduling • A minimum of [24 / 48] hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. • Rescheduling requests made without sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit. • Excessive rescheduling may require a new deposit. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Arriving more than [15 / 20] minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. • Late arrivals may also shorten your session time. Cancellations & No-Shows • No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit. • Rebooking after a no-show requires a new deposit. Design & Artwork • Custom designs are created specifically for you. • Major design changes should be requested before your appointment. • Final design adjustments are at the artist’s discretion. Pricing • Tattoo pricing varies based on size, detail, placement, and time required. • Quotes are estimates and may change if the design or scope changes. Age Requirement • Clients must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID. Health & Safety • Please inform the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities. • Tattoos will not be performed on compromised or sunburned skin. ⸻ Agreement By submitting a booking request and/or deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
