Booking
Appointments & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. • Deposits go toward the final price of the tattoo. • No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is received. Age Requirement • Clients must meet the legal age requirement for tattoos in our area. • Valid government-issued ID is required at the appointment. • No exceptions. Rescheduling • Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit. • A new deposit will be required to rebook after a missed or late cancellation. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. • No-shows automatically lose their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit the deposit. Design Changes • Minor design changes are allowed before the appointment. • Major changes may require rescheduling and a new deposit. • Final artwork is shown at the appointment. Health & Safety • Do not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. • If you are sick, please reschedule in advance. • We reserve the right to refuse service for health or safety reasons. Payment • Final payment is due at the end of the appointment. • Accepted payment methods will be discussed at booking. Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
