Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Cancellation Rescheduling Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. You are able to reschedule your appointment with the same deposit 1 time. Rescheduling more than once will cause for a new deposit to be sent. Rescheduling is highly recommended in order to ensure your deposit does not go to waste. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. In the event that your lateness doesn’t affect another appointment, a $30 fee will be added onto your appointment. In the event that your lateness does affect another appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and appointment will be cancelled. Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment. Additionally, we kindly remind you to: - Moisturize your skin everyday before your appointment. - Eat a meal beforehand to ensure you are well-nourished. - Drink water.
