Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to me 72 hours in advance, otherwise a new deposit towards the project may be required to keep your project active in the schedule. I allow 2 reschedules before you lose your deposit and will be required to put down another deposit to reschedule. You are welcome to cancel your appointment at any time. When you cancel your appointment you forfeit any deposits paid towards your project. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule.
