Booking
To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of submitting your request. Failure to make the deposit within this timeframe will result in an automatic cancellation of your booking. Please note, submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that it will be confirmed. ONLY 1 EXTRA GUEST IS ALLOWED TO COME WITH YOU!! Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable. We ask that you carefully consider your booking before submitting a deposit. Late Arrival While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may lead to the cancellation of your session and a forfeiture of your deposit. We kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time to help us maintain our schedule. Health & Safety Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, sterile environment for every appointment. Please notify us of any medical conditions or allergies before your session.
