Tattoo Deposit & Booking Information- To bring your tattoo vision to life, a $50-$150 non-refundable deposit per session is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes toward the final price of your tattoo. Please include a note with your payment containing: • Your appointment date & time • The artist’s name (Ling) • Your phone number (Venmo users: no 4-digit code needed) Tipping your artist is always appreciated and can be added to your final payment—just be sure to note it clearly. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. To keep things running smoothly: • Cancel at least 3 days in advance to retain your deposit • Cancellations within 3 days will result in a forfeited deposit • A new deposit is required to rebook after a late cancellation If your artist needs to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to the new date (still non-refundable). Some artists may be traveling. If your original artist is unavailable to reschedule, we’ll do our best to pair you with another artist whose style aligns with your vision. If you’re not open to that option, we recommend waiting to book until you’re fully ready. Age & ID Policy • You must be 16 years or older to receive a tattoo • No exceptions Design & Drawing Time All design work is included in your session—this covers sketching, digital edits, stencils, and tracing. Because all designs and tattoos are non-refundable, we take the time to ensure you’re confident and satisfied before the needle ever touches skin. Thank you for your understanding and support. Booking a tattoo is a commitment to creating something personal and lasting—we’re honored you trust us with that. Let’s make something beautiful.

Reschedule or cancel as early as you can. Cancellation and refund terms are set by Inkd_by_Ling; see the deposit policy.

A deposit confirms your appointment once Inkd_by_Ling accepts your request. It goes directly to the artist and counts toward your final price. Inkd_by_Ling sets the refund and cancellation terms.
