Deposits are required for appointments and are non-refundable if you cancel. However, if you need to reschedule, you can do so one time for free. Deposits will be held for up to 3 months for rescheduling. If you fail to reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit will be terminated, and you will need to send a new deposit for a new appointment. Deposits are only refundable in the event that I (InkByArtie) cancel your appointment. You have to send a $50 deposit (per person) to confirm your appointment the deposit goes towards your tattoo balance any tattoo over $300 requires half for the deposit. You cannot reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment you will be charged a reschedule fee of $25. I have a 10 min grace period if your running late just text me and let me know anything past 10 mins you will be charged a $20 late fee Anything past 20mins your appointment will be cancelled and considered a No Show and you will have to pay a no show fee of $30 for future appointments.
