Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Failure to submit the deposit will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
