Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
