NO MINORS. 18+ Booking Process: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. No deposit, no appointment. If you need to change your design please notify 72 hours before your appointment, not the day of. Reschedule and Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. To avoid losing your deposit please reschedule 72 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule you have 24 hours to choose a new date within that same month. After 24 hrs of no response your deposit will be forfeited. No Call-No Shows will be banned from booking again. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in a $50 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule. Arrive on time, not 30 minutes before or after. Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment. Additionally, we kindly remind you to: - Refrain from consuming alcohol or smoking before your appointment, as it can affect the tattooing process - Eat a meal beforehand to ensure you’re well-nourished and have enough energy for your tattoo session - Please come with good hygiene. (Shower, Deodorant, etc.) - Limit the number of guests accompanying you to your appointment to one person, as our studio space may be limited. (More than one guest will be asked to leave.) NO CHILDREN. - No numbing cream. If I notice you have numbing cream on I will reschedule our appointment. I’m not responsible for the side effects. - Attitude, disrespect, negative energy, and inappropriate behavior is not tolerated whatsoever.
