To secure your appointment, a deposit is required once your booking request has been accepted. Failure to submit the deposit will result in cancellation of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to my circumstances. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded within 10 business days. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable under all circumstances.
