Deposits are non-refundable. Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no call/no show and your deposit will be voided. You may or may not be able to be seen but your deposit will be voided. If you wish to reschedule an appointment please contact me at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel without rescheduling, give less than 72 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is nullified. Due to limited space, guests are not allowed in the shop for emotional support. Please do not bring guests with you, but there are a bunch of coffee shops, eateries and shops to hang out in while they wait.
