Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit your deposit. One free reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final total. This deposit serves as an incentive but also compensates me for the time spent designing your tattoo in case you do not show up, arrive too late to begin, or need to cancel. If need to reschedule your session, your deposit will carry over to the new date: you get one free reschedule before deposit is voided and a new deposit must to paid to reschedule a second time
