Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. **Late Arrival Policy**: Clients are allowed a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive later than this, the appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to apply your deposit to the new date. **Final Payment**: The remaining balance for the tattoo will be due at the time of the appointment. Payment methods will be discussed during the booking process.
