• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and go toward the final cost of your tattoo. • Artist Cancellations: If the artist cancels your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, but a credit will be offered to reschedule at a later date. • Guests: Clients are allowed one additional guest during the appointment. • Same-Day Cancellations/Reschedules: Any same-day cancellation or reschedule will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • Late Arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period. • Arrivals between 15–25 minutes late will incur a $30 late fee. • After 25 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
