Booking
1. Appointment Booking • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits will be applied to the total cost of your service. • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and require a new one for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. • Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a rescheduling fee or cancellation of your appointment, forfeiting your deposit. 4. Design and Consultation • For custom tattoos, designs will be discussed during your consultation. • Minor changes to designs are allowed, but significant revisions may require additional fees. • Final designs will be shared no later than 24 hours before your appointment. 5. Pricing • Pricing for tattoos is based on size, detail, and time. • The total cost will be discussed during the consultation or at the time of booking. 6. Age Policy • You must be at least 18 years old for tattoos (no exceptions, even with parental consent). • Piercings for minors (under 18) require a parent/guardian present with valid ID for both. 7. Health & Safety • Do not book if you are feeling unwell, pregnant, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol. • We follow strict hygiene standards. If you have any medical conditions, inform us beforehand. 8. Refund Policy • All deposits and payments are non-refundable. • Adjustments to tattoos or piercings are free within a reasonable timeframe if required due to healing issues (conditions apply). 9. Additional Notes • Guests are allowed to accompany you, but please limit it to one person. • Children and pets are not permitted in the studio for safety reasons.
