BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS Please submit your request with the following: • Tattoo idea (be detailed) • Reference photos (if any) • Placement on body • Size (in inches) • Preferred date/time The more detail you provide, the better your design will be. DEPOSIT POLICY • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment • Deposit goes toward final tattoo price • No deposit = no booking PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING • No price shopping — quality work isn’t cheap • No copying other artists’ work (inspiration is fine) • Be 100% sure about your design before booking CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Must give 24–48 hours notice to reschedule • Reschedules are allowed ONE time only • Last-minute cancellations = deposit forfeited GUEST POLICY • No extra guests unless approved • Keep distractions minimal APPOINTMENTS & LATE POLICY • Please arrive on time • 15+ minutes late = time is deducted from your session • 30+ minutes late = appointment may be canceled & deposit lost
