- Booking: Booking process: to secure your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your appointment being accepted. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. All deposits go towards the end cost of your tattoo. Submission of your appointment is not a guarantee that it will Be accepted by the artist. Cancellation policy: deposits are nonrefundable. Late arrivals: we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit as well. Please make every effort to arrive on time to avoid disruption to our schedule, your health and safety are of our greatest concern. Thank you.
